Bible and Book Study
The Lord is My Shepherd: Healing Wisdom of the 23rd Psalm by Rabbi Harold Kushner is the basis for a 3-week study in on Thursday (12noon) and Monday (6:30 p.m.) in January.
Lenten Bible Study
Heroes of the Faith, led by Intern Pastor Doug Holtz - again on Thursdays at 12:10 p.m. and 6:30 Monday evenings in Lent. Cost of book is $14. Sign up in Activity Book by January 27.
"Coming Out of Retirement" Studies
Rev. Duane Hoven will be back with 2 Wednesday noon sessions on early Christian history. April 2: Session I "The Post-Apostolic Age" (100-170 A.D.); April 9: Session II "The Decades Before Nicaea" (170-325 A.D.).
Lenten Breakfasts
February 13-March 12, 7:00 a.m. in the Fireside Room. Five ZLC members share their faith journeys. The free-will offering for bagels, rolls, juice and coffee goes to Channel One Food Bank.

Growing in Faith Together ~ Feeding your spiritual needs
This couple and Singles Bible Study is offered on both
- Sunday mornings: Fellowship, Coffee and Treats in the Kairos Room from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Drop in as you are able.
- Wednesday evenings: This small-group Bible study meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month beginning with a catered dinner in Kairos Room, 5:15-6:00 p.m. and followed by Bible study and discussion in groups of 4 couples and/or singles. A new study begins every 8 weeks. Childcare is provided.
Other Weekly Bible Studies:
- Men's Bible Study: Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. in Library; currently studying the Gospel of Mark
- Tuesday Noon Study: Kairos Room at 12:10 p.m.; currently studying the New Testament epistles.
- Men's Bible Study: Saturday mornings at 8:30-10:00 in the Lounge
