Church-at-Large Committee Goals for 2007

• Strive to develop more effective ways to inform the congregation of local, synodical, church wide and international needs for financial support.
• Develop a plan for increased congregational benevolence that fits within the "Vision for Mission 2011".
• Explore ways to increase benevolence outside of the Church-at-Large Budget.
• Continue to review current recipients to have a better understanding of their current and long term needs.
• Screen potential new benevolence recipients that make requests.
• Chairs of Social Ministry and Church-At-Large will consider meeting on an ongoing basis to discuss benevolent requests.
