Breathe. Be still. god is waiting.

Sabbath isn’t meant to be just a specific hour spent sitting in church ... it’s a sense of how God’s peace is meant to permeate our lives. Sabbath means intentionally looking for and listening for God at all times, so God can help us keep our eyes on what’s really important. Along the way, God promises to help us make sense of those big questions, and to give us energy, meaning, and purpose in our lives.

This Lent we focused on intentionally taking time for Sabbath. We tried to break the frenetic cycles we frequently find our lives in, and make space for God to fill and renew us.
